From start to finish of the evening I could not of asked for better customer service. Special praise for Hayley and binzi, who went out of their way to make sure my daughters experience of the event and the act was a great experience she will remember for years.

This venue is always really good. They queue early and make it clear. There's toilets nearby (but close about 6pm Ithink). Inside the venue is good its basically a square downstairs but also has a balcony that wraps and you can choose to stand up there.
The only disappointment is the drink prices are really high and it gets super hot in there without any airflow really

Small music venue housed within a shopping precinct. It's all standing with an upstairs balcony and bars and toilets on both floors. I'ts small size limits mainstream popular acts, but surprisingly, I saw The Devil Wears Prada there. Good sound system.

Visited for Devil Wears Prada last night and this venue was FAULTLESS. The most friendly and welcoming door staff I've ever encountered, and some of the cleanest sound I've had the joy of experiencing. I can't wait to be back!

I am a wheelchair user and went to see The Devil Wears Prada tonight - the staff were absolutely incredible!! Special shout out to Binzi who was so incredibly helpful- even when I got stuck in the lift (lol!) the staff couldn't have been nicer and gave me free drinks vouchers to compensate!
I needed the toilet quite a few times during the gig and each time security got Binzi to escort me, which after the lift broke ended up being via backstage/artists lift etc but at no point was I made to feel like it was a hassle or anything.
Also - incredible view of the stage!!! Yes there are some speakers/equipment in the way as some others have mentioned, but access tickets are usually so far away from the stage and this is definitely not the case here!! Had an amazing night, the bands were epic, sound was incredible, crowd and vibe were great and all of the staff I interacted with were super lovely. Also saw the way they interacted with the crowd/helped crowd surfers etc and they were epic at their job. Felt incredibly safe and comfortable, wish every gig was at this venue tbh! 💜

After seeing a YouTube video on the channel “Absolute Audits” I wouldn’t go anywhere near this place.
Having exited the O2 Academy Islington, a paying customer was waiting for a friend to pick him up from a public street close to the venue.
For some unfathomable reason, security for the O2 Academy took exception to this, and even more unfathomably believed they had the right to demand he move…from PUBLIC LAND.
They were incredibly rude and abusive, told demonstrable lies (including that they owned half the road!), and assaulted the man. I am appalled by what I watched.
When a woman I assume was management came out to speak to the customer, she proceeded to gaslight him and lie about what happened. She went on to contradict herself by acknowledging she hadn’t been outside when the interaction during which the customer was assaulted by a member of security took place.
Diabolical, and not out of the ordinary for this venue based on other experiences I’ve subsequently learned of. You couldn’t pay me to visit this place.
